Recipe

Shiitake & tofu stir-fry (ginger–garlic–black pepper)

Diet: vegetarian

Summary

East and Southeast Asian wok dishes routinely combine ginger, garlic, and black pepper (and often turmeric / chili / sesame) in one hot-oil phase before mushrooms and tofu. Aligns with HERBIX fungi_focus when shiitake (or oyster mushrooms) are the anchor—still food-first, not extract claims.

Combined-spice step

  • Ginger + garlic minced together
  • Black pepper or white pepper
  • Optional turmeric pinch, chili, coriander in the same slurry
